OMRON Healthcare India has an extensive authorised service and pick-up network across the country. If your device needs inspection, repair, or servicing, locate your nearest centre using the official Service Network Directory below.
Check whether your product is within the warranty period using your invoice and product manual.
Carry your original invoice or proof of purchase. This is required for warranty service.
Pack the device and all components including cuffs, adapters, and accessories securely.
Products purchased overseas or from unauthorised resellers are not eligible for warranty service.
Within warranty period: No charge for inspection or repair.
Out of warranty: A service fee applies, excluding the cost of replacement parts.
Calibration: OMRON Automatic Blood Pressure Monitors do not require calibration. Biennial inspection is recommended and is free within the warranty period.
